• Evaluate and provide feedback on incoming store projects ( new, relocations, enhancement, refurbishments), including design lay-out, installation and timelines, ensuring that design and lay-out is done in line with Global guidelines and principles • Ensure the design process incorporates the company & brand Retail Standards, including SKU capacity vs Sales Plan • Provide guidance and support to ensure that Project Plans are realistic and enables timely opening of the store, incorporating visual merchandising and operational set-up
